Water harvesting station at Julian Wash Linear Park

Interpretive signage

(above) Water Harvesting interpretive kiosk at Julian Wash Linear Parkway. Responsibilities included writing and implementing a plan for an interpretive tour highlighting features along the Parkway. The park features themed learning nodes with topics ranging from from water harvesting in an arid climate to the introduction of the railroad into Tucson. To support the interpretive theme and involve visitors directly, the plan includes a constructed habitat for rare and endangered burrowing owls as well as hand-powered TourMate audio boxes.
